This is one of the Teacher Evaluator Professional Practice academies that needs to be taken for Retraining of Teacher Evaluators. This AA must be paired with AA 3000 to fulfill the entire retraining requirements.

This academy will allow participants to learn effective skills and strategies for using Charlotte Danielson's Frameworks in a summative setting in order to more effectively;
1. Identify evidence at the component/element level during formal and informal observations
2. Use evidence to effectively rate staff on the levels of performance for each domain
3. Acquire strategies to support effective collaborative conferencing around formal and informal observations and
4. Learn techniques, strategies and protocols to use when conferencing with staff.

This is an ONLINE session. To participate in the virtual workshop, you must have stable Internet access, a web camera, a microphone, and a Google account. The training will be delivered via Zoom. Participants will be sent a link prior to date of class. Class begins promptly at time stated. You must attend the entire session to receive credit for this course.
