THIS IS ONE OF THE COURSES THAT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL ADMINISTRATORS WHO EVALUATE PRINCIPALS.

All administrators who evaluate principals are required to take retraining within their 5 year renewal cycle in TWO specifically approved Administrators' Academies.

AA # 3000 - Principal/Teacher Evaluator Retraining: Student Growth
AND
AA # 1865 - Principal Evaluator Competency Skill Building

Academy Outcomes:

• Apply Illinois Standards for Principal Evaluation
• Demonstrate Inter-Rated Reliability
• Develop Data-Driven Improvement Plans

NOTE: This academy has been changed to online format. Participants MUST be visible on web cam and computer audio throughout the entire class time (excluding lunch/breaks) to receive credit for this course. Participants must use PC or laptop and stable/unshared internet (cell phone not suitable for this course).
